I've started keeping track of when I have villagers get the moving out thought bubble and the last time I had it was 5/16. It appeared on one of my villagers I like so I reset the game and continued playing for that day hoping to find it on a different person. It didn't happen til the next day, 5/17, and I got rid of one of my villagers I disliked. Today is 5/29 and Stitches just asked to move out. That's 13 days since It appeared and 12 days since I used it. I thought the cooldown was 15 days. Maybe there are more conditions that adds to when the move out bubble appears.
