I know gaia did a Julian outfit but that was animal base but I didn't know they did one that resembled Muffy o:

i play on gaia. but i don't really pay attention to ac stuff. i just know the pokemon line of clothing cuz i grew up with it.
but it would make sense that there is also an ac line of clothing too.

On a serious note though that outfit looks very similar to most of the Muffy gijinkas i've seen over the years. It looks like a pretty close Muffy imitation, so I could believe that's her especially with the colours used and the fact it's pointed out purposely that this costume isn't a girl but a sheep. Which could lead me to think it's clearly based off Muffy since she's infact a gothic lolita sheep. However, idk if this costume has a certain time period of release or whatever but i'd say if it was released around the time of the game then it'd definitely have to be based off of her / be some sort of promotional material.
