Cycling Thinking of turning my old town into a cycling one - need your input!

Hello everyone I couldn't decide where to post this poll, but since it's regarding cycling I decided on the plaza, I hope it's all right ^.^

Basically I'm thinking of turning the town on my old cartridge into an inexpensive cycling town, with an extra gift if you will. The town currently has beautiful ordinance and looooots of hybrids laying around, for people to fill their pocket or something. OR, should I change it any other ordinance and let everything become WeedTown and people can come weed whenever they want?

Lmk which one you think would be more useful!

I'd keep the hybrids, they're a lot more valuable to people than weeds, and there is already lots of people with weed towns if anyone needs to get the badge, but it's up to you :3

I have a soft spot for weed towns, so I say hybrids and then weed town. I have more hybrids than I know what to do with in my main. Maybe I should copy you...muahahaha! They won't wilt if you wrap them, right?

Wow thats a wonderful idea i think hybrid bags first until u run out of them and then weed town
