So. As the title states, I’m sure everyone knows that there may be a point in an Acnl players time of playing, where your pretty stuck on what you want to do in the game. I’ve been playing the game for over 3 years now, and I’ve unlocked my whole house, gotten all my dream villagers and made my town the image I’ve wanted it to be. So...what now? Yes I understand, there are friends that can come to your town, or visit other peoples towns. The same routine usually happens in my town. A tour of my house, a tour of my neighbours and a tour of my environments of my town. Then if the other person is up to it, we go to the island. After a few years of this routine. It’s gotten so repetitive, that I just zone out when I do that. So...what do you guys like to do when you feel accomplished with your town and don’t know what else to do? I would love to hear suggestions!

When I used to play with my friends, we had a fun time with the net and tweeter glitches and stuff like that, thought I don’t know if you are into that kind of stuff:p

I redo parts of it.

Maybe move someone out, and a fresh new face in!

If your town doesn't have a theme, maybe you could think one up that would excite you into playing NL again. ^_^

Possibly create another character, if you're not maxed out already.

Buy another and another and another and another...I could go on but there's a limit to reply space. (O_O)

If you have the money, you can buy a separate ACNL game completely and make a different theme!

I have two games -- one is being built to be a cycling/sell/giveaway town, while the other has a theme that I'm working on. It gives you a lot more of a wiggle room to do stuff and keeps your interest if you complete one of the towns!!

I just buy another game. I am now at sixteen villages, so I never lack for things to do. Some of the villages are complete, so I just go on once a week to look for my pinger. All have different themes so I don't get bored with the daily tedium. There is always work to be done somewhere, be it landscaping, interior design, pwp's and so on. I know multiple towns are not everyone's cup of tea, but I enjoy the diversity of many villages and villagers. If I only had the one town, I'm not sure I would be playing as much as I do.

After my second village, Elenrast, was complete and had a DA, I did a fresh start with Novaria. Now that it is near completion (after my stubborn uchi gives me the last couple of PWP's I want), I recently started my third town, Hirilond. Definitely on the slippery slope...unless I stop myself from sliding in NL and get the game I am semi-seriously considering: Harvest Moon: A New Beginning.

You could start a TBT shop. This would force you to constantly have to fufill orders from other players, causing you to not only help others’ get their perfect towns, but also cause you to play more often. Im currently growing a ton of hybrids, so that i could sell hybrid flowers to players.

Another option is to simply either restart your town or dish out the funds to buy a brand new town. Its up to you.
