So...fossils are fine, assuming that you're still searching for new ones. But, what happens after that?
I'm pretty sure most of us have completed our fossil wing in the museum, and have grown exhausted with asking blathers to identify 4 fossils a day just so we can sell them. I've even seen people go as far as leaving fossils in a singular hiding spot to keep new ones from spawning. Which brings me to one very simple suggestion: why should you need to to identify fossils you already donated? Couldn't an argument be made that you've already seen the ID'd specimens, and your character would be able to ID them on his/her own? Also...you don't get a reward for completing the fossil portion of the museum. They could change that. Patch the game so that your reward for completing the fossil wing is a "degree" in identifying the fossils. You dig them up and they are already identified "as is" and can be sold directly at Nook's.
