These hibiscus plants aren't too close to each other, are they?

I just want to make sure they're gonna grow. I've never before dealt with planting bushes in my town.

They should all grow unless you planted one on a dead patch which is unknown until the following day. I believe you can plant and connect up to 11 bushes before they stop growing.

You can plant up to 12 bushes right next to each other (and even have them right next to trees, though you can't have two trees right next to each other) so you should be fine.
I'm not certain about the one closest to the bulliten board though, I don't know if it's too close

The one closest to the bulletin board probably won't grow. You need to have one free space between any bushes and any PWPs/houses/etc.
