So I was strolling aroung Glen Ivy, just talking to my villagers and digging up fossils without a care in the world. Then, I come across this

Im like ''Don't those only grow in perfect towns''? So I rush over to town hall and this is what Isabelle had to say:

Somehow I achieved the Perfect town status for the first time ever without even trying or noticing. And my town is a mess. Paths leading nowhere, trees half grown.....

oh wow, congrats! i'm still working on getting a perfect town, maybe i shouldn't pay attention and see where that gets me.

Thank you. Yeah, you should try not trying. Not really trying tends to work out for me in a lot of situations when it comes to this game.

Eyy, congrats! Can I just say that your town name is really nice? Because it is

Funny how things work out. My oldest town, Weeds, suddenly turned perfect (long ago) when it was totally unexpected and looks like a disorganized jumble with no paths and only a few PWPs. It remains my only perfect town out of MANY with better maps and more daily care. Go figure!

Thanks. I dont know where I came up with that name.

LOL yeah it is funny. I dont even know how long I had this status either. I found if you dont overthink, plan out or worry over something, thing tend to happen naturally. And I only had this town since Halloween. I didnt even get perfect town status in Ossipri and I was in that town for four months.

Nice job, I guess it will happen eventually if you don't have too many items on the ground and enough public works projects.

Congrats! It's funny how things like that tend to work out when you're not trying.

That is awesome, congratulations! :D That is awesome that it just happened accidentally! lol I definitely recommend keeping a perfect town status just because of the benefits it has . ;) If you ever want to farm Jacob's Ladders infinitely, just keep storing in them in your house until you get the amount you need because towns apparently have a limit before they stop spawning (& I'm starting to suspect rare mushrooms are the same way [I haven't gotten any in almost 2 months since utilizing them for landscaping]). :/

I know how it feels  This year I for the first time got my town rated perfect after playing 5+ years. I had been too busy with trading and never got time to put enough efforts into making them beautiful.
The morning I found the Jacob's ladder that's grown in my town for the first time, was amazing!<3 Congrats!

That kinda happened to me too!

I already have the perfect town status, and I ended up TT 15 days later just to get the Golden Can lmao

The Jacob's Ladders become more of a curse than a blessing though... they always appear in the weirdest places and surprise me!!

True. And thank you. I do try to keep my town free of items on the ground. So I guess it was a matter of time before I achieved this rating.

Thank you. yeah, I was just landscaping. And bam sudden perfect town

Congratulations! :D
Thank you. :)

Now you need to maintain the perfect town status for like 15 days, I think, to get the gold watering can from Isabelle.
I am going to build the flower clock because I read the flower clock makes it easier to maintain perfect town status.

Thank you. I will keep that in mind. Oh yeah, you do get rare mushrooms in perfect towns so Ill keep my eye out for those too.

Thank you and also congrats to you too. Yeah, when you arent thinking too much about something it tends to happen naturally.

Thank you. :)

I was familiar with this flower since Ive seen it in peoples towns before but I never expected it to show up in my town so it was a nice surprise.

Congrats! I'm currently sorta working on perfect town status myself (which is hard because the villagers want pwps but won't suggest any good ones -n-) but I like your advice, just don't think of it too much!

Thank you. Yeah, its usually best to just not think about it. Just play and it will eventually happen.

Yeah, I agree about them not suggesting good ones. They keep asking for yield signs and stuff I just dont want. But I put PWP down as placeholders and demolish them as I get the ones I want.

Just checked again today and my town still has the perfect rating. Even Jacques said something about Glen Ivy having unity or something. I dont know, I fast pressed through what he had to say lol
