I have an idea for a circus themed town. Pietro would be an obvious resident, but there would be many lions, and tigers, and bears (oh my!) The town would be super colourful and bright and the human residents could be like a ringmaster, an acrobat, a magician, and of course the animal tamer >w<

I've been wanting to make a creepy desert town.
A friendly desert community where the sun is hot,
the moon is beautiful,
and mysterious lights pass overhead while we all pretend to sleep.

I always thought doing a color themed town would be cool.

i.e. a Purple town would have Queenie, Bob, Becky, Mallary, Gigi, Sydney, Rod, Phil, Renee, and Static. There's more you could use too, such as Gloria, Diva (shudders), Sylvia, Fuchsia, etc...Purple flowers everywhere, town name and resident names shades of purple i.e. Wisteria, Thistle, Mauve, Plum...

Green: Mint, Charlise, Drago, Jitters, Frank, Celia, Henry, Lyman, Nibbles, and Opal with a lot of trees and shrubbery. Town names/resident names: Forest, Pine, Jungle, Fern, Teal...

Yellow: Eloise, Twiggy, Coach, Egbert, Tammy, Lopez, Goldie, Joey, Mira, and Clyde. Lemon, Mustard, Amber, Vanilla...

Pink could be Marina, Nana, Merengue, Peaches, Flora, Midge, Miranda, Vladmir, Pinky, Gayle, Puddles, Marcie, Peanut, Curly, Gala, Chrissy, Cookie, Peanut, Claudia, and/or Freya. Wow, there's a lot of pink villagers! Pink flowers, town name and residents names shades of pink i.e. Coral, Orchid, Rose, Barbie (barbie pink!), Cerise....


OR A RAINBOW TOWN! Pietro for the rainbow, Cheri for red, Biskit for Orange, Mira for yellow, Mint for green, Ed for blue, Queenie for purple, Vladmir for pink, Kiki for black, and Cranston for white.

I've also liked the idea of a flower themed town. Villagers would be:

-Flora, because of her name ofc.
-Rosie, Daisy, Poppy, and Lily- Flower names
-Gala who has flowers in her hair
-Willow is technically a tree but could work
-Tia: Flower on her cheek
-Hazel: Japanese name is Iris, a flower

No idea who the other one would be. Human residents named: Blossom, Azalea, Clover, and Ivy. Town name: Petalbay or something.



And kind of personal to me, a town themed around my AC:GC town with villagers from my GC town!
-All my starters: Bob, Bluebear, Pippy, Deena, Ed, Apollo
-Cupcake is no longer in the game, so Yuka was my second snooty to move in
-Kiki and Ribbot, my two faves who have been in all my towns ever
-Dora or Friga for the last one: Both have been in my GC town for quite some time

Alice in Wonderland themed town!
-Alice, obviously
-O'Hare, the Mad Hatter
-Moe, the Cheshire Cat
-Ruby, the White Rabbit
-Bonbon or Cole as March Hare
-Tweedledum and Tweedledee could be Francine and Chrissy, Ed and Julian, or Big Top and Kid Cat
-Queenie as the Queen of Hearts (put her in a heart shirt obviously)
-A mouse of your choice as the Dormouse, I would choose Samson myself

OMG I love Nightvale! Cecil, Carlos, Old Woman Josie, and Dana would be my villagers. I feel like the cube sculpture or pyramid would be in the center of town XD

I love all of your ideas too ayeeprill. My town Rosette is actually floral themed. If I'm not mistaken there is actually an all white town. It has white flowers, white houses, and white villagers like Marshal, Flurry, Bianca, and Merry.

Another idea was a fairytale town. One wolf and 3 piggy villagers is a must. Maybe 3 blind mice. The Sweet set would be used to make the Hansel and Gretel witch house (Including witch), a princess's castle, and a huntsman's cottage would also dot the forest.

But instead of Old Woman Josie and Dana, I'd do The Apache Tracker(who's actually that racist white guy in the cartoonishly inaccurate Native American headdress who somehow turned into an actual Native American after disappearing for several months) and Hiram McDaniels(the five headed dragon running for mayor who is wanted on charges of insurance fraud)

Drago would totally live in that town, as well as Coco. She has the right amount of creep factor, and Graham because he's kinda creepy to me too.

that's an awesome idea! pietro would be perfect for that town lol, and i don't know if there is a bear that looks like he would be in a circus xD

My town is based around the Doubutsu no Mori movie I only have Alfonso for villagers, but I have Ai and Yu as players And Ai's room is in the house (it's a little crowded) with every part of her house (working on exterior) in one room XD etc.

Well there are lots of ideas here to help you get started. And don't think about how someone else's town would be better. Sometimes I prefer not to visit dream towns because I would feel the same way, but it's more fun to see what you can come up with on your own
