The villagers' thinking reaction after a conversation

Has this reaction always been there? This is the first time I've seen it. I've seen them get mad, sad and happy but never thoughtful.

Yeah, until now, I too only saw this after they shook trees.

They'll do it if you talk to them a lot in one day and once in a while they'll do it at random.It's been in the game since the beginning.

Lol, they do that if you talk to them more than they like - they just "need some time to themselves" - or you broke their brain. :3

Hmm, really didn't notice that. But then again, I usually only talk to my villagers once or twice a day then after that only when they ping me.

This...and yes, they get tired of being talked to (harrassed, badgered, bugged, etc) and need a break from the mayor who is trying to get them to tell who is planning on moving out when they don't have a clue! (broken brain?)

Hmm, I only talk to them a few times a day. He and Frita were talking about leggings or something, then he said he needs to think about it. Why they are discussing leggings when they don't even wear pants is beyond my understanding.

i've had that happen to me after i did talk to one of my villagers a bit too often, then they say the whole "needing some time to themselves" speech, yeah!

i kind of wonder what classifies as too much conversation though, like multiple times throughout the day with breaks in between or just nonstop clicking on them to talk again and again without letting them walk away, lol (i think this option would trigger it to occur faster, but who knows)

I've seen them do that many times. When you try to talk to them, they seem really distant. It's kind of strange.

Luckily, just like sadness and anger, they get out of it really quickly.

I had that happen to me once with Mira, but that was back when New Leaf was first release.

Charlise got the thought bubble at random a while back.If I remember right,this was the first conversation I had with her that day and I don't remember what it was about but she said something like "I gotta think about this" and the bubble appeared.Maybe she didn't like my mayor's outfit.

Yep, it's been there before the update. It happens when you've talked to them too much in a row.

Yeah this happens to me when I see my dreamie and talk to her a million times. Then she's like "um hello this is sexual harassment, get outta my sight now". And then I have to wait H O U R S before I can talk to her again. And the cycle continues...

I understand about the talking to them too much to get this reaction but he got this after talking to Frita about leggings. Before that I hadn't said anything to him. I just came up on them having their bizarre conversation then Rolf started thinking.

Yeah, I have Static. I like him, unfortunately, his house location is the only thing I don't like about him currently lol
