Hello everyone.

I was just wondering if it would be possible to reduce the amount of conversations happening in this thread. I really don't wish to appear rude or anything of the sort. This thread kinda explodes, every time we come back to it to check up on any new posts specifically for villagers being given away. This is after all, a villager giveaway thread! =P I was just thinking, with so many other ways to keep in contact (the bell tree forums chat, PM, E-Mail exchange, etc.), would it be a possible request to reduce or remove conversations from happening in this thread? xD

It kinda also makes it difficult to keep up with people who might be interested in a villager that was being given away, since their posts might get lost between conversations. It is a little difficult to keep up with when there are several pages being added on with each time a refresh is being done. This happens mostly during the afternoon, when there are more members posting.

I know this is not my thread but the original poster did post something similar (pertaining to another thread):

Hey guys! I thought making a brand new thread for this would be a great idea. I feel like it's cluttering the exchange thread and making trading harder to do with the conversation going on. Not that the conversation is a bad thing!

I agree. So, Chevre is moving on August 1st. Someone says he wants her but he hasn't replied to my PM so uh yeah..

Holy moly.. you guys have gone at least 10 pages since I signed off last night LOL.
I'm back now and still have a space open...


I also have another question. I'm doing the other character reset or save and delete trick to make sure no one moves in yet, and I see people also use it to decide where the new villagers are going to place their house.

Would that work for anyone I convince to move to mine? If I get Chadder to move to mine, can I keep resetting until his house is somewhere I like, or will he be lost when I reset and I'll be back to getting random villagers?

I think so! I tried that with Muffy and her plot moved a few times and sometimes she wasn't there but I had a villager in my campsite instead. When I loaded into my mayor's profile she was there.
