Do you mean like controlling where they put their plots? If so, all you have to do is start with a new save file/character and if you like where they are you save and if you dont you restart and do it again ~

Oh wow, she's one of my rarely seen dream villagers...is it possible to take new people from other towns into a new town before you have 100% approval rating?

I should see who I end up with first, hahah.

Time travel to like 5:58am of the next day,load the game then immediately save and quit, wait the two minutes, then start creating new characters/resetting

The game day resets at 6am so if you asked someone to move in today, their plot will show up the next day at 6am.

Yes, it is! As soon as you have your picture taken, you can visit other towns.

I have to help you out with skye, I have her in my town since the very beginning (resetted like 50 times until she showed up) she is just so precious!

-same goes for everyone really, just wanted to point out how much I love skye :3c-
