The update seriously confused my villagers.

When I updated new leaf, all of my villagers told me they hadn't seen me in two weeks when I had talked to them all the day before in game. Has anyone else experienced this?

Odd. And you've not tampered with your time settings or anything?

Could just be to fit in with the update's intro thing which assumes you've not played for ages.

I have been tting to get back to the current date, but I've talked to all of my villagers every day on all 4 characters so that I could be sure I wouldn't lose any of them. I stayed on September 25th for a few weeks because I had the treasure chest on my private island and I wanted to finish my treasure dungeon basement (it's done now and looks awesome).
