The OP might need to update the rules a little, for clarity. I don’t know if imported Pok?mon or special Pok?mon are fair.

How is that not 'fair'? I could have said "Pikachu used Brick Break!", and it would have had exactly the same result - choosing things like that just makes it a bit more interesting. As long as a Pok?mon can legitimately learn a move in any core series game, it's 'fair' as far as I'm concerned.
