Anyone who plays the game lets just talk about it. You can share secrets in the game or what is happening in the game for you at the moment. You can post pics of your sims anything you want

at the moment I have 2 fairies and 2 humans but I wanna know how I get my fairy powers better to be able to do more stuff than hot head thats for the supernatural one

Fairy powers is one of those hidden skills, you don't see a progress bar go up like most skills but just by using the powers currently available you eventually see more unlock. The best way to do it for fairies is usually to just activate an aura and leave it running, hope that helps.

I really should get back to playing. However, my main game is a two-family household. One is werewolves and the other vampires, oddly enough they seem to get along...

I put so many hours into the Sims 3. So. Many. But sadly my original family's file got so big that it literally took an hour and a half to load, if it managed to load at all. I got a new computer and that helped, but now Windows 8 causes problems so that it either won't run or crashes and I have to do stuff like troubleshoot and run in compatibility mode as administrator blah blah to get it to work. But when I was really active I had a bunch of different towns running at once and would switch between multiple families. I actually put together a spreadsheet to keep track of the soap operas that were my Sims lives... here. Almost all my characters were based on other characters, like Zelda and Game of Thrones characters. My main families from Bridgeport were based off of OCs from some novels I was writing. Needless to say, the Sim versions of my characters ended up living very different lives from their book counterparts, ha.

Actually now that I look at it I never updated it with my last game... I was playing an Into the Future game and had a time traveler who built robots but also had the goal to have as many children as possible, each with a different father. It was crazy. The more kids you have the more descendants you have living in Oasis Springs, but eventually she was involved in so many romantic entanglements that she was becoming pretty infamous and it was hard to get a date, lol. I also ended up luring lots of paparazzi onto her home lot and killing them in various ways. Fun times. I still have my user page: here. Though a lot of the things I thought I had up there aren't there.... hm.

I've been playing The Sims 4 alot lately but I've been missing my Sims 3 sims.

It played it a lot last fall when I was finally able to get a computer that could actually run it smoothly. But I tend to get into the game in phases and now that PC isn't working, so... =/

Is sims 4 better than sims 3 i been sticking to sims 3 because all the exspnshions for it. what is sims 4 like?

The sims 4 is alright in its own sense. The graphics seem a lot cleaner and it's a lot easier to build unique houses because you can easily change the height of walls/floors, and even manipulate the roof. However the maps are SMALL, you are constantly loading, be it a neighbours house or another area of town. The two starter towns are stupid small. When your sims go to work you literally can't even view their work location or anything. They just leave the map, as if they are on vacation. When you have a child your sim just walks of the property then BAM! you got a baby! Lol Another positive is that the emotion system is actually pretty interesting and their traits are great in the sense that you can do a lot more interactions.

As for sims 3, I have every expansion/stuff pack, and a lot of the content from the store. I love the open concept to this day and love how fun it is when random things happen! Only thing I don't like about the supernatural pack is zombies, and I don't really enjoy playing as werewolves. I like being a witch or genie as they make a lot of stuff in the game easier to do/achieve. For supernatural abilities you just have to practice with the few actions you have until you level up and get more! It's a lot of fun! :)

To put it really simply I would just stick with The Sims 3 if I were you.

The Sims games, as you surely know, are quite the expense and The Sims 4 flat out just doesn't do much of anything to differentiate itself from The Sims 3's base game. The one and only 'major' feature is emotions.

Having played The Sims since the beginning and having bought all of the EPs for all of the first three games, I'm feeling just a little burnt out that they would try to release something so... mediocre. So I haven't even bought The Sims 4. It isn't worth it.

I have the Sims 3 on my computer with Supernatural, and it's pretty fun. My computer doesn't run it amazingly so I don't play it super often but I like it. I also have the Sims 2 Ultimate Collection which I play on a Windows desktop that doesn't have Internet (only had Internet long enough to download it on Origin), which is really fun. I prefer Sims 2 out of all of them.

Man the sims is such a great game! I remember when the first one originally came out. I haven’t tried the sims 4 yet because they took so long to finally make it compatible with mac but the sims 3 is great! I have all the expansion packs plus custom mods. have’t actually played it in quite a while but might start playing again :)

Today I found out that sims 3 has an interactive loading screen that lets you find random things for lifetime happiness points, but when I tried it suddenly had a serious error and I can no longer play that one saved game. I guess it isn't too big a deal, I only had that particular family for a couple days, but I'm afraid to touch anything while my game loads now.

My favorite moment happened waaaaay back in Sims 1. Was playing the PS2 version with my bro and our adopted daughter brought her boyfriend over, and I decided I didn't like him. So, what did I decide to do to get rid of him? Verbal assault? Heavens no! I started our house on fire. Lit a fire in the fireplace, then moved ALL our plants to be near the fire.. unfortunately, the wrong sim got killed by the fire.

I did get brought back as a zombie after my bro beat Death in a game of rock paper scissors though.

wait what??????????// HOW DID I NOT KNOW

=

i think ts3 is much better than ts4 bc theres already so much stuff available (expansions, store content, mods) than there is for ts4. plus no loading screens between diff areas of town so eh

I love The Sims 3. But I had to get rid of it cuz my computer stopped being able to handle it /sobs grossly

I'm not a huge fan of Adventure Time, but I made Marceline and her cute home on The Sims 3: Night Life and pretty much roamed around doing random things. The most eventful thing I remember was catching hotdogs on the grill on fire while answering the door for party guests. Literally all of them ran up to the grill and freaked out about the fire. Half of them caught fire and died. The other half left like I HAD THE TIME OF MY LIFE YO GREAT PARTY lmfao

I'm curious about The Sims 4 too, though. I've heard it's not good... Maybe it just needs time.
