The saddest thing you will ever see in your life

brilliant show.

im on episode like 30 or 32

ive seen the ending though. i was real sad when L died..and the point about the church bells and such...

man this show is brilliant.

This is the saddest thing I'll ever see in my life?
What a happy life I'll have then.

But really, Light's death was portrayed amazingly. L's death was sad but not really all that dramatic.

I thought it was the most shocking part in the entire story.

When L died it was like.. oh fu*k.
They made Lights death pretty good, nice way to end the story with him. Then Misa commiting suicide.

You could see it coming from a mile away though.

Rem's whole thing about protecting Misa gave it away.

rem didnt kill L. watch the Last Name.
The anime and movie are two different things. NEVER compare a live action movie to a series.
Unless the person who made death note wrote the story for the movie.

inorite?

While the live action movie was pretty good considering, don't base things off it rather than the anime/manga. They are the correct ones.

Oh and the author of the manga didn't write the story for the movie, you can tell, just based off the blatant differences between it and the anime/manga. Such as the killing of Light's girlfriend in the first movie. Never happened in the anime/manga.

It is still possible that L killed himself, but they never gave proof of that in the manga or anime, why would Rem just kill Watari? Then L would still be alive and could jail Misa.
