Ill list what I have from your list, but I am on mobile so it's hard to go back and fourth to check natures ivs and such. So il just list them and you can see if you're still interested. It seems I no longer have Diagla.
But I have moltres. It's non kb so I don't know if you'd still want it. I have a shiny modest 5iv mareep. Missing attack.
I have Jirachi English lvl 41 don't know ivs. (My game is in French so it's hard for me to translate) lvl 41 sassy nature.
I have Kingdra (not horsea) lvl 36 shiny 1iv in sp attack I believe.
Shiny elegant vivillon Japanese no ivs modest.
I have all the Eevees in shinies. Minus umbreon. Espeon is 6iv.
Glaceon is 5iv
Leafeon none, sylveon none, vaporeon 2, Jolteon 2, and flareon 2.
I also have tons more events, legends, and shinies most are English and kalos born
And I have a lot of gen 6 shinies most with no
Ivs. But I have a male litleo (only 12.5% chance of finding) that is shiny with 5ivs
And a few other good IV shinies. I also have special ball pokemon some with
Egg moves and HA. I also have none special ball that have good ivs, HA and egg moves!
