I think it is bit subjective, but it could be both. In the way maybe perfect romantic partner makes a person your perfect person.
Or perhaps you value Intelligence over Strength or bit both maybe Good looks are your thing that flots your Boat.
The Idea of the thread can be tied to a person also, example maybe George Clooney does it for you.

So you can tie it in with bit both if you like no rules that person has to be living either so thats open to u as well which is nice to have options.
You can do Fictional Characters also maybe you Like Walter White in his Titty-Whiteys.
