Excellent game. It is a physics sandbox game that runs on the Source engine. The source engine, developed by Valve, is used in a lot of popular Valve games such as: Team Fortress 2, Half Life Series, Portal, Counterstrike, and many more. Garry's Mod can not run on a computer unless a Half Life game, or any other game running on the source engine, is already installed on your computer. I got lucky, and was able to get Half Life 2 Deathmatch for free because of a special Nvidia graphics card limited time offer on Steam. If you have an nvidia graphics card, you are elligible to get a free download of Half Life 2 Deathmatch. HL2DM does run on the Source engine, so I was able to play Garry's Mod. I bought Steam's Team Fortress 2/Garry's Mod bundle for $25 a few weeks ago. Best purchase I ever made ^_^
