I actually want to Scotland to leave (I don't hate them or anything), provided Alex salmond (no idea if that's right) does all that he says he will. I want to move there when I'm older and I think a lot of what he is saying would be great (no nuclear weapons etc) plus the healthcare is better etc. Edinburgh is my favourite city and I love visiting, I really want to go to uni there. if they don't that's fine I will still want to go live there. I heard the polls are saying it's pretty much a tie right now. I have honestly no idea how it's gonna go.

Flag wise I think it would be a shame to loose the Union Jack but I like the one where the blue parts are green. It's nice to include wales.

Whether they stay or go the country will be split on what to do. It could escalate to the point where a part of it stays and another part goes, like Ireland.

I'm curious about what will happen to Scotland.
I personally would like to see them become independent, because they've always been different, they have their own parliament, a bit part of their history which is different, they have Scottish highers (I think they are called like that?), and it must be thrilling. If I were Scottish, I might vote yes.
And anyway, the thing about them not being able to join EU is stupid. At one point Brussels ought to say yes because every little country in Europe (except Switzerland hehe) is in EU. Like EU is even thinking to let Turkey join which is ridiculous. If they let Turkey join why not Scotland???
I don,t think they will change the flag, will they? It would look so weird otherwise :B

Well this answered my question I asked on the other thread, I think that without the blue it looks oddly nice, but at the same time a little like the graphic didn't load properly, so I suppose for design sake it's a good thing it was a No.
