Well when you shake trees beehives will drop from the trees and you get chased by bees and they are hard to catch and you can get stung easily its the most annoying thing when it comes to shaking trees

Or shake trees with your net out, it's not that hard.

Open your gate!!! If you open your gate before you start shaking all of your trees no bees will fall out! You can just close the gate when you're done. This makes it so much easier when looking for those two items and money that drop from trees

I agree with it being beehives falling from the trees. I sometimes dont have my net out and it is so annyoing getting stng becuase all your villagers comment on it!

if there is a beehive and bees this is what you do when you dont have your net out
1.Run faraway from bee swarm
2. open inventory, this will stop the bees from flying to you
3. grab net
4. close inventory
5. Catch the bee!

Getting a beehive after shaking a tree is no longer a problem for me, but any stuffs that disappear after shaking a tree especially when it is close to your path however...
