The disappearing shovel

I was surprised to find that I didn't have my shovel last night (I always do) and figured I accidentally sold it at Retail. Then, while moving things in and out of my locker later, it was all of a sudden back in my inventory. I brushed it off and went to plant some bushes I had been saving, and it was gone again! I was just lucky that there was another silver shovel for sale in my museum.

Has anyone else had tools just magically disappear from their inventory?

I've never had that happen :T that sounds super weird and I guess there was just a little glitch in the game

Never had that happen...don't blink when looking through you inventory

Really though, I can't make sense of it and have never experienced anything like that...weird.

This actually happens to me every month or so, but I always assumed it was just me not paying attention tbh! I'm glad I'm not the only one ^-^

No but I've had my island on my 2nd cart turn into a stag hunting island when I'd never even been before. It was my first time there and it looked like the island on my other physical copy or the town I deleted before :c
But next time i went everything was there, all the trees, hibiscus.. It was creepy. So many unexplained glitches happen it's crazy
