~Reserves are not allowed. Someone has PM'ed me to reserve one of my villagers and I said no. The only exception is if WE reserve for our friends. No one except the cyclers should be asking to make reserves. Different cyclers may have a different twist to this, so keep it in mind.

'Ello. I'm snowed in, so I'll start cycling. It's strange that people want to join the Chrissy Raffle after it was closed early for not enough people joining. It does need to be taken out of the title. Anchovy is moving, but because he's my dreamy, he'll be moving into my main town. ^-^

I'm actually kind of disappointed at the turnout of the raffle. First, not enough people sign up. After the raffle, people start joining. The title is kind of at fault, but if people actually read the posts, they would know it's over.
ANNOUNCEMENTS: From now on, all villagers I get will be moved out. This is because I won't be playing New Leaf normally anymore, as in playing day by day. Keep your eyes peeled for a MERENGUE RAFFLE soon! When she asks to move out, the raffle will immediately start outside of the thread. It will be a little bit more organized and focus around riddles and puzzles. Merengue is a really popular villager, and I want people to actually work hard for her. There also might be an APOLLO RAFFLE.

I will check the villager's tier to make sure no one is taking advantage of this. I will start sending notifications on Monday.
Also, PLEASE make sure you have read the posts and rules before entering a raffle or claiming a villager. It is mostly my fault for the title name, but just be sure to double check so you won't spam raffle entries or villager claims.
I also have one more thing to say. Starting TODAY, most of our cyclers will have a slight change to their rules. Make sure you check to see the difference! Once you find it, you may wonder why it is changed. It is so we know you have actually read the rules.
