I was looking at the resetting thread the other day and I saw a post about going a whole year in AC, attempting to fill up the museum, your house, encyclopedia, etc.. Then I thought how that could be made into a challenge, kind of like a Nuzlocke. BAM! This thread was made.

You must play ACNL for one year straight with NO TTing whatsoever and try to fill up your house, museum, encyclopedia, etc. as much as possible within the span of a year. You must pick a map within 3 resets, and you cannot reset after you begin the challenge.

You must play everyday, and may only skip if there is an event going on in your life that takes up your whole day and leaves you very tired when it's over. By whole day, I mean from the time you wake up to the time you go to bed. If you have time, play ACNL!

No TTing, no exceptions. This may be difficult at first, but you'll get used to it. If you will be busy that day, go to the shops/visit a villager beforehand. If you want to sell a villager, you must make the thread on the day of their move. You can only get up to 1mil Bells, however. Sorry, but earning any more just makes it too easy to upgrade your house and shops, and make PWPs.

If you are trading with someone and they give you something like a wetsuit, you are not permitted to use it. I'm asking you to earn your own medals and buy your own wetsuit, or save your own Bells and buy your own silver net, etc. It's an accomplishment, is it not?

Basically, I want this challenge to make your game seem more rewarding. When you save your own Bells, buy your own stuff and play each day, it makes it more rewarding to make accomplishments.

This, in no way, is made to offend people who sell/buy villagers and items, TT, or anything like that. Heck, I do all that. But I'd like people to feel how good it is to make all the accomplishments in ACNL and play in a more paced, slower manner. If you want to try this, just post. (I did not make this idea, so kudos to whoever mentioned this in the Reset thread).
