I time traveled back to June to play the wedding event and earn the wedding furniture again since I lost everything when I accidentally deleted my save file. I invited favorite villagers including Colton, my most favorite villager. I had given Colton many fine gifts of elegant clothing and also a royal crown. I don't mind him displaying these in his house since they match his style and he was wearing them all regularly. But then after the anniversary party, the Reese and Cyrus hideous wedding photo plate appeared in Colton's house. I had forgotten that villagers invited to the anniversary photo party might display the plate. So after seeing it in Colton's house numerous times, I thought that I'd just move him out and invite him back with Amiibo later even though I'd have to rebuild friendship level with him. Then when I was visiting Molly's house, where the plate had also been on display, I noticed that it was no longer on display, so I googled the wedding plates. And I learned that the wedding plate won't necessarily be displayed permanently. So, I could've kept Colton and waited for the plate to stop being displayed. Gah. I love Reese and Cyrus but the wedding photo plate is the worst. Also, I learned that I should look things up before acting, lol.
Another rant is that while I love Reneigh, she is never crafting and still hasn't given me the iron garden chair recipe. I really hate how the game gives you 10,000 repeats of recipes you don't want before it gives you at least one of each. And Halloween season is the worst because I've received the Spooky Cookies recipe 5,000 times and I don't want to enable cooking yet, until I've received all the DIYs I want because there's nothing more annoying than villagers giving you food recipes when you still haven't received basic useful DIYs like the iron garden chair.
