That random pain in your foot

Do you ever get that random muscle pain in your foot sometimes? One time It happened to me so bad I couldn't even stand up :O

I always have it. In the middle when I'm running, then I'm just like "Ah, crap! Guys wait my foot!" "Oh sure, Lisa! Nice excuse!". Ughh.

cramps, especially when im sleeping. where i wake up with unbearable pain in my leg
