If you need to improve on drawing more than pixeling then you don't have to go back to pixeling lol.
You can draw stub hands or feet if it's a chibi style and you're well practiced with drawing regular hands (at least be able to draw them with a reference, not from memory).
For eyes I recommend being able to fit one eye between the two eyes (don't actually display it), which is "cute" spacing.
You can draw people with thigh gaps if you want. Also give more shape or form to the legs. The place where they intersect should be higher up.
Maybe give more variety to the hair? Like add random stray strands. I also suggest give them noticeable hips and waist lines.
You don't have to, but consider making a gap between the hair parting at the top of the head so it's not a perfect circle. You should also think about adding ahoges to hair, but again, not necessary.
I'm not really the best & I don't do "realistic" anatomy (you don't have to btw - on my fullbodies I make the legs ridiculously long), but idk I guess this advice is ok? w/e gl
I suggest working on hands, then, since you have more trouble with those (and, I'm sounding like a hypocrite, since I never draw hands tbh) Also on the anatomy (which I still haven't been able to do well)
