Tell me a villager you like and why!

Mmmmmmm so many great choices!
Last year I reset a lot so I have gotten to meet a lot of the villagers.
Here are a few that I've really enjoyed:
- Fuchia the Uchi Deer
- Fauna the Normal Deer
- Rod the Jock Mouse
- Ankha the snooty cat and Lucky the lazy dog are both really cool (and pretty popular but that's probably because they are so great!)
- Wendy the peppy sheep is underrated
- Nana the pink normal monkey is very sweet.
- Hamphrey the cranky black hamster is hilarious
I have a lot of villagers I really like, and I bet other people do too.
And sometimes a random villager move-in that you didn't expect will totally surprise you and you become BFFs

I'm gonna recommend my favorite villager: Wendy.
Most people dislike the sheep's models, but I personally love them. They're unique in the way they wear scarves, and I like the way the walk... sounds kinda weird, but whatever!
1. Her design.
She has a nice bright blue color, and her yellow "horns" contrast with her wool nicely. She has blushing cheeks, which is a plus. Wendy's trademarked watermelon scarf tops it off quite nicely.
2. Her house.
Wendy's house exterior is really cute, and not too extravagant and flashy. The inside of her house is weird to some, but with all the food, fruit, and ice cream based items she has it looks like she makes ice cream in her free time. I love that concept.
3. Peppy personality.
This is a hit-or-miss with some people. Some consider peppies annoying, and on the contrary, some players adore the perky personality. This one is all up to you.

i've been thinking about my starter villagers a lot. since pudge is back in my town, i'll tell you about the other four:
- marcie, the normal kangaroo: my first friend in animal crossing. she has a cute house, inside and out, just like her. kangaroos are underrated imo, i think they're really cute.
- flora, the peppy ostrich: she's a flamingo! she also has a great house, with two flamingos and a lovely phone.her exterior is also 100% pink. on a list of pink villagers, flora should be number 1. her personality and her house and her appearance all tie it together.
- blanche, the snooty ostrich: a very elegant bird, if i do say so myself. i think her house was japanese-themed, but i don't remember. she moved out a long time ago.
- gruff, the cranky goat: gruff gives off lots of dad vibes, mostly because of the way he talks and the way he decorates his house, which is a fun place to hang out. he was the first villager to ever move out of my town.

She's pretty had to find tho I think because there's one person who has been looking for her for a month or so but if she ever pops up in the villager trading plaza I'll be sure to give her a home

Bob has always been one of my favorites, for a lot of reasons. For one, he's my favorite personality type (lazy) and my favorite color (purple). Another reason I really like him is because of sentimental reasons, as he was one of the villagers in my original Animal Crossing town way back when. I also really like Filbert for the same reasons. :>

one of my villagers that i've come to love is kid cat. he has the same kind of optimistic personality that i do (albeit he's a jock type) and always makes me happy whenever i see him. he's not the softest-looking prettiest villager, but he's such an awesome cat that i couldn't imagine my town without him. 
rasher the cranky pig.
he is in my town on my gamecube and he's been in there since the beginning of that town's birth which is a LOT of years. like 7+ and he's really just so lovely. he's a cranky villager and in the old games the crankies were rude and stand offish with the player's villager until they gained more friendship with em and it's really just so cute to walk around kinda late at night and be reminded by rasher to be careful because "you never know who could be lurking in the dark" and i just love his cranky personality. he also makes this little face, where his teeth show and his eyes kinda curve really cutely and it used to always bring a smile to my face when i'd log on and have him on my loading screen with that cute yet very ugly face of his.

I love the sheep and Wendy is probably my favorite design (never had her unfortunately) but I do have Frita who is an uchi sheep and basically a walking fast food thing. I'm still a bit iffy on the uchi personality (Sylvia is the only one I've really fallen in love with right away so far) but I've warmed up to Frita pretty nicely.
I also second Hamphrey, who has to be the least cranky, cranky villager I have ever met.
Rudy the jock cat and Moe the lazy (derpy) cat are also two of my favorites, pretty popular too though (I think tier two for Rudy and 3 for Moe?) but the ones in my village are so close that it's hard for me not to see them together.

I like the one that never asks for a bug or a fish or fruit or to deliver anything or to visit (either way) never writes or asks for furniture never has a birthday and NEVER interrupts me when I'm busy and stays inside its own home all the time and lives where it can't be found. Oh, yes, that describes my additional human players....
why bother playing the game tbh. lol.
I missed this post earlier but seconded Bob for the same reasons, he's tied with Moe as my favorite lazy cat. I also adore Nibbles (peppy green squirrel) since she was my best friend in my first ever animal crossing town and I haven't managed to run into her at all since the GC one. Squirrel villagers in general seem to avoid me...

Too subtle?
The Hugh. He's a pig who doesn't seem to get the love he so deserves. When I first got him in city folk I wasn't that fond of him but after talking to him I fell in love. I am so grateful to be reunited with him in new leaf. He's just too cute.
I think Id like Hugh a lot more if he was more of a pastel blue rather than the blue screen of death blue : ( otherwise he's actually pretty cute. A villager I really like that a lot of people seem to not like is Prince! Those eyes and that little mouth circle and AAAA.

Snake. Ninja jock rabbit. Dude, ninjas. What more you could ask for? Pair him up with Ken, who is a smug chicken that's also a ninja, or Rod the jock rabbit that looks like a pirate. Snake is cool.
