Glad I was able to find #17 and #19. My original guess for the latter ended up being totally wrong, so taking some time to study the hint's wording proved to be helpful.

I'm thinking that #18 has something to do with the 2019 egg hunt debuting the nightmare egg on this date, though it's just a hunch.
