hi everyone!! last year I created an Inktober thread (link to OG thread), where people could sign up and tell everyone what they were planning on drawing each day. it was a lot of fun (even though I only made it to like day 18 OTL) and I want to try to do it again this year! and maybe not go at it as hard as I did
for those of you who don't know, Inktober is a daily drawing challenge that takes place throughout the month of October. you can come up with a list of prompts or specific things that you would like to draw each day.
if you're interested in joining in on the fun, post in this thread and I will add you to the participant list!
Here are the rules:
1. Every day you must draw one thing. Traditional and digital mediums are allowed. Drawing can be of anything; a character, scenery, plants, friends, pets, etc.
2. Must at least be a full fledged sketch or line art, ideally you should try to complete the drawing before the day ends (with coloring, shading, etc.)
3. Try to challenge yourself with each drawing. If you'd like, you can mention how the drawing you did was a new challenge for you!
4. When you are done with your drawing for the day, post it in this thread.
5. Feel free to share your Inktober drawing list with everyone! If you don't have a list to follow and just want to go with the flow, you do you! Here's a link to the official Inktober 2022 drawing prompt list!
If you are not a participant, still, feel free to comment on this thread and give feedback/praise to the art posted here!
Exceptions:
- If you have an emergency, a busy day, something suddenly comes up, whatever, and you can't do your drawing for the day, that's fine! Don't feel pressured to do a drawing if you find yourself not being able to complete it for whatever reason. However, if you do get at least a bit done you can share that with us.
- If you need to drop out for any reason send me a PM so I can remove you from the participation list.
