Maybe plop the cafe/police station on the left on the side of the villager house on the very leftmost edge on the center, and the other above to the right of the campsite (where hayden mentioned)

villager houses.... well.... maybe cycle out the ones already there and plot all 10 of your dreamies in a perfect line at the bottom below your house?

once you get streetlamp pwps, plop some along your strip of villager houses and add some paths/bushes, and also maybe a little mini garden to the right at the bottom for the villagers to go to.

also, maybe to get more attention, put like how much TBT is being given or something like that so it catches peoples attention c:
