Trading Tbt for Pokemon + FR for tbt

Hi! I'm looking for pokemon right now, and can offer tbt! I specifically want a shiny (any gender) gastly. Low level(20 or under) preferably. I can pay however much tbt/fr treasure you'd like for it, since it's kinda specific.

For now I'll offer 150tbt per pokemon.

I've also ot about 3.5 million in FR treasure right now, but don't really have much use for it! So, I've decided to try and convert it to tbt, if anybody is interested. Feel free to name your rate, or rates you've seen around, and tell me how much treasure you'd like to trade for. (I'd prefer to get at least 100tbt per trade)
