Trading TBT for paying off my debts

Earlier I made this post to trade some TBT for IGB but I'm changing it up a little, also because I don't need a crapload of IGB at the moment (and I don't really mind giving away some TBT, I know the conversion is not right). So instead I'm offering to give a few TBT in exchange for the amount to pay off some of my debts/loans and PWP projects.

I'll be giving away 20 TBT for help with any of these PWPs/upgrades:
all paid off! will post more later, thanks everyone for the help!

Shouldn't the prices be different though? Like the cafe costs way more than the other two, it just seems a bit unfair. ^^'

If I'm not mistaken (saw it somewhere in another thread), 20TBT = 4 millionish IGB. So I would be paying a lot more than any of them anyways right? lol

I'm not really sure how this TBT stuff works anyways so if you wanna come up with a fair rate then please do.
