TBT for IGB

Is anyone willing to give me igb for tbt? I am still trying to fix things in my town and the only way to do this to have more bells. So if any of you can do this for me will be fabulous! I have seen many people trying to do this as well, and I am going to go for the same prices they are doing if that is alright?
20 tbt for 1 mil? Or is that too high? I've never done anything like this before, so can someone guide me?
