Tammi is planning on moving out on the 4th of this month, which is Thursday:
She is a nice monkey, so if you like peppy villagers, and/or monkey villagers, this villager is perfect for you! She has her original catchphrase ("chimpy"), as you can see in the screenshot. However, her shirt is different, and the furniture in her house has changed significantly from what she originally had, although I might be able to throw in a new spring shirt for free (T&T Emporium is closed for me right now, so I cannot check my catalog at the moment).
The main reason why I'm letting Tammi move out is because she's been in my town about a week after I first lived in this town, and as such, she's been here for over a year now. I kind of need room for new villagers.
The auction starts now, and it ends on Thursday the 4th, at 10:00 PM Pacific Daylight Time (which is UTC-7, so that's 5:00 AM UTC, so adjust for your time zone accordingly). This is a little less than 48 hours. However, if someone offers an instant buyout, the auction will end early, and I am willing to time travel ahead so that you don't have to wait until Thursday to pick up Tammi.
The starting bid is 25,000 bells.
The minimum increase is 5,000 bells.
The instant buyout is 150,000 bells.
If you bid, make sure that you can follow through on the auction if you win. Do not back out -- this makes things difficult for me. And yes, I've had this happen in the past.
