Does talking to villagers in a another town make them more likely to move?
I've heard this before (only twice u.u) and I just want to make sure it's not true.
I don't think so. I've talked to villagers a lot in my fiance's town, but the only one I didn't talk to (Beardo) actually moved in my town. Probably through street pass and because I had room.
No it doesn't. I have 2 towns and my characters visit each others towns almost everyday. They talk with the other's villagers, sometimes because of a petition, but not always because of that. It doesn't make the villagers more likely to move. But when they do end up moving, they always move into the other town, if there is room, unless they started off in the other town to begin with.
