t&t emporium isnt opening??

ive passed all 4 fashion checks and gracie said she'll be opening soon but its been a few days and the construction hasnt even started yet. does anyone know why?

Gracie will start showing up once you've spent 70,000 at TIY but you have to spend 100,000 to upgrade to the emporium. So, yeah, I would suggest spending more money and that should do it.
