I'm not able to draw like that but I think big commissions like that with colour and everything normally go for much more more than you have in your wallet. Maybe you should offer something more valuable, art like this takes a lot of time and talent.

I could probably emulate SAO's style decently. But like whimsy said, full, lined, color art goes for quite a bit as it's generally a pain to do.
