I don't know, maybe when you start it up you get to the home, and it could look like the Facebook app, so if you swipe/ tap on the bottom you get to different features... I don't know.

Maybe if it notified you when someone's replied to a certain thread of yours and when you've got an inbox/profile message, etc. Or was just generally so you could view the forums better on your mobile and have easier access, along with much easier ways of responding to threads and whatnot~

Well it's not an app but there is TBT mobile and if you don't like that version you can scroll all the way down and choose "full site". You'll be taken to TBT and it looks like it does on your home computer.
