Stupid things you did as a newb?

I moved in Vesta from the camp when I had no Wi-Fi because I never thought I could get the 10 villagers I wanted since I didn't know villager trade existed.

I sold my perfect fruit before planting them, too. It took me a month and a half for my other pear trees to finally grow a perfect pear again. I also didn't know that you had different map options to choose from at the beginning of the game so I just chose the first map offered without giving it any thought. It worked out ok though, I like my map.

Before I joined the forums, I sold my complete mermaid set to Reese. I also decided to not put on my sig that Julian was moving ( was around the time I joined)

Sold my perfect peaches, let my villager move into really bad spots, and invited in bad villagers from the campsite.

I didn't reset to get a good town layout, I just picked one of the four it showed me. It worked out okay, I have retail near the dock and the town plaza right above town hall. But it still feels really small! I also let Tom move in from the campsite not realizing he was cranky, so I was stuck with 3 crankies for about 3 months. But I got him to move out now!

- By some miracle my first ten villagers left no personality type missing in my village, until I let Drift move out. Now I need a jock villager, but I`m full again after letting Cherry move in today.
- I sold the first perfect fruit.
- I actually ATE the pears I got at the start of the game I ATE them!!! Sigh.... It took me over a month to get it back. :\
- I lost over 1,7 million in my first (and last) turnip buy/sell adventure.
- I hit a villager over the head like 3 times in 10 seconds.
- I did something to my house to drop 140000 points in the theme score and still don`t know what it was.

I could probably go on for hours. But hey, the village is still going strong, haha.

Probably choosing a dumb map. I thought that having a long winding river would be cool, but it's just a pain for landscaping/PWP's, etc...

I have a second town to cure my reset bug for that town though xD

I was a noob with Wild World and City Folk, i knew most things about this game, i remember i used to go to K.K. slider, that i'll choose a song, and he'd always say, sorry i didn't know what you meant, and i'd never get a song, and then one day after years, i found out you say, you don't want to suggest something. I also remember spending ages trying to find out how to send letters when Nook used to make you do jobs. In this game, i can't remember doing anything silly, but i remember i kept pressing 'B' instead of 'Y' to pick things up.
