Strong earthquake hits Japan

A strong 7.0 magnitude earthquake hit Miyagi Prefecture in Japan, roughly in the same area that the 9.0 earthquake hit in 2011. Fortunately, this one caused no deaths, although there were a number of injuries.

I heard about this and was just reading up on it. Glad there were no deaths, but it’s unfortunate some people got injured. Hopefully everyone that was injured or affected by this can recover in due time.

I was so sad to hear about this. Definitely happy that there were no deaths, but I'm still sorry for all those were injured or had their lives impacted. I hope they can recover soon.
