Streetpass Questions.

How do you streetpass with someone specific? If I want to streetpass with my brother, how do I do it?
PS can someone please explain how to streetpass. I think I know, but I'm not getting any.

Whenever I want to streetpass with my other 3DS I just put them put them in sleep mode(the console is on just closed) and have them near each other.

Same here, I streetpass with both my daughters by putting them in sleep mode. ^^
