Street pass items and villager rumors

First if this is in the wrong place I am sorry and feel free to move it.
I would like to know the going rate for the street pass ice cream cones? I have 3 and want to sell them. I know that I can ask whatever I want but I honestly don't know what they are worth and while I don't want to cheat anyone I also would like to get a fair price for them
Also I have been told by my villagers many times that there are rumors going around about me. I believe that being an individual means you aren't talking to them enough, right? What do the others mean? Thanks

You can go to Retail forum and ask for people to offer~ if you feel the price is reasonable then sell it to them.

For the ice creams, I've seen them for 10-15k. As for the rumors, bell puncher means you don't spend enough money in stores, pro listener means you help out a lot with villagers requests, civic leader means you pay off all the pwps by yourself, social butterfly means you talk to your villagers, etc. etc.

I used to be "Social Butterfly" But I am Currently "Green Thumb" I am guessing because of the large number of Hybrids I have been planting and watering to try and breed new ones

I know there is also "Time Traveler" Rumor which is when you TT alot pretty obvious

then when I first started this one I was busy getting sets and stuff so did a lot without ever talking to Isabelle about the Town Development Permit so there was the rumor "Freshman Mayor"
