Has anyone experienced weird moments in New Leaf? Maybe an awkward encounter with a villager? Or perhaps strange behavior in wildlife AI?

Curlos very recently sent me a letter talking about how his only love is lost, "she is gone forever," etc.
He signed it "the lonely Curlos"

I have no idea at all what or who he could have been referencing except for maybe Carmen, who had moved out a couple days before.
