Well, there have been several. There are a few Fighting/Psychic types, a lot of Water/Grass, and Bulbasaur might count as Grass/Poison, Zapdos is Electric/Flying, one of the newer ones is Grass/Ice, and I think there are a couple of Ground/Fire.

Isn't there some Anglerfish pokemon that's Electric/Water? From the GSC series, I think.

Whats sad is I have one of those Aerodactyl.
And yes there is a electric fish (Chinchou), uh.. Dark/Psychic maybe? ;D Ghost/Normal would be automatic GET.

There's a few Grass/Waters, and Bug and Grass/Rocks.
And Fire/Ground.

And Electric and Ice/Flying.
And Fighting/Psychic.
