A couple of weeks ago I was just thinking about to start a new game. Now I'm pretty sure that if I finally do it, it will be in a new cartridge. I just can't delete Tale!

i sure have! i won't lie the temptation is great, but i somehow haven't been able to let go of my stinky old town. i'll probably demolish some PWPs to breathe some new life into it though!

I still have my original town as well. My son has his own game and 3DS so I get to experience new villagers when I visit his town. We both have the same town fruit though LOL.

In November it will be 2 years in my original town. I have never reset or anything. I didn't even know you could change your maps when I first started I just picked the first one. XD I even still have Beau who was one of my starting villagers, I just love my town to much to ever reset it. ^.^ However I did get a free copy of ACNL so I now have an extra town to reset and to mess with.

Sadly, my town got accidentally deleted. Long story. This is my third town, and I NEVER plan to reset. I plan to do some remodeling over the summer, though.

I absolutely can relate! I have my first (and only) New Leaf town, and have been playing it excessively lately in order to get all of the badges. I know what you mean when you get all sentimental sitting at the town tree. I'm almost sad that it has grown as big as it can get. But after almost 2 years, I guess I shouldn't be surprised that it stopped growing haha.

I have a bunch of fruit trees in my town, so I've never felt like I should have a different town fruit. Although I am quite proud of my "golden butts" (golden peaches) if I do say so myself.

yea i still have mine. I am always tempted to reset bc i want cherry trees as my natural fruit, I want my house smaller, i think id redo my map, and id give my mayor my actual name but i have all my dreamies, all my pwps, so much rare furniture, i couldnt theres no way so i deal with it.

It just has the perfect layout, and there are so many things I worked on in this town, that I don't want to lose.
I am too attached to this small area of pixels, there is no way I could start over.
Heck, a few of my villagers that live in my town have been with me ever since the start in 2013. I started with Deli in my town, and Eugene moved in the second day of playing. That was June 17th.

it was my first time playing AC since i was a child, so i had no idea about different maps or the mechanics
and my villagers were Biff, Bettina, uh... others whom i don't remember...
i do remember i had Pietro and Shari, though! but they plotted RIGHT under the town hall front-to-back with each other.
which was a mess.

I don't have any dreamies (apart from a fondness of cats). This means villagers have come and gone as they please - keeps thing s fresh.

I'm on my third. :/ My first only lasted a week, then I reset my second one last summer. I was pleased with my first, happy with my second, and thrilled with my third. Still very, very happy about it. No plans to reset anytime soon.

Teeheehee, I suppose they do look like that huh? x3 I was surprised with how quickly mine grew too but then I remember I play non-stop too haha I don't know if you would ever know that the pears are my town fruit.. I think I wiped out all but one pear tree ^_^; BUT, I have many trees of all the other fruits so I think it balances out

There are things I wish to change too but I cannot but you know I think that is what makes your first town so special. You just work around the little frustrations because what is the fun in a town that has no challenge

Wow, day of release congratulations! I have clung onto Papi and Pierce for dear life as they are two of my originals and also Shep because he moved in on my second day too ^^Don't you wish you could ask them what they think of how much the town has changed~?

I have Pietro! That must be personality trait of his. He had so much space to choose from but he set up right beside of Lobo and in front of Kitt. I can deal with it but I still wish he would have chosen somewhere else -__-

I've reset at least 7 times, so I'm definitely not in my original town. I sort of want to download the game to my DS as a second copy, but I still wouldn't be able to trade my items to myself I think, so that would be pointless.

I have been known for restarting my town alot too. My first town didn't really last long. I wish I made a dream town so I could relive the memories of being a newbie at AC.

I have my original town. It's a little less than a year and a half old. My only qualm with it is that I picked the modern police station over the classic one, but that was before I decided on a theme. It can still work with my theme though, as it's more color-oriented. I'm truly happy with my little town and would be crushed if I lost it.

I got the game and my 3ds the Christmas after new leaf released and I've had the same town the entire time =3 I haven't really wanted to reset, I started with my favorite villager and I ended up realized I chose a pretty decent map ^^
