NOTE: Some of these games I MAY change my mind about. Please note that they are quite expensive games [for me, i'm 11 owo] so I won't be taking 800tbt for a ?10 game.

WELCOME TO MY STEAM GAME SHOP!
I've found that I have a lot of games I don't even play [goat sim, guacamelee, speedrunners..] BUT I may want them in the future, so please offer good offers to make me convinced that this is what I want.
These games ARE expensive, don't say ''oh 1.5k for Spore'' because that is not happening.

I'm not sure how game transfers work, so some may have save files on them. Delete them and move on. If there is a [UN] by a game, that means I'm unsure on selling it and need a REALLY good offer to make me sell. If there is an [X] by a game, that means I hate it and want it out of my inventory.

Das is right... You can only have the game in your inventory, not trading money for BTB. It's against the rule. With my shop, I have had the games in my inventory for a long time. I haven't touch the shop for the longest time. I just thought that I don't play them anymore so that's why I am trading them away.

Games and art are different. They don't want people selling things for real world money on the site because then the mods can't do anything about it if something happens. Art is a different subject completely, but has been discussed before about not selling for money. But most artists do RL commission off site. Like skype or Facebook.

Art is a different subject completely, but has been discussed before about not selling for money. But most artists do RL commission off site. Like skype or Facebook.

plus if someone wanted to offer cash couldn't they just go buy a steam giftcard and buy the game themselves? (even though it's not allowed)

Well it seems they didn't understand from the quoted post they made. People were just kindly letting them know they can't accept cash as an offer as it's in the rules.

I mostly posted just because the mods can't do anything if you do try to sell for real money. If you gift the game, another user could basically say "screw you" and not pay you. And vise versa. Some users will pay first and never get their item. (Not saying you in particular would do that, but people have done it.)

Just a warning for those of you who do decide to buy anything with cash, the moderators are not responsible for helping you through scams. Selling/buying things with real world currency is against the rules on the forum so don't expect us to help if a real world money for item trade goes awry.
