Question: Does money in your bank account transfer to the new vill?

Nope, you start off with nothing. Everything will be erased, so you'll have to start off by scratch.

However, if you do want to keep some of your items and your bells, I'm certain there's plenty of trustworthy people here would be willing to hold them for you, myself included.
