1. I've never done this before, so I'm sorry for any mistakes I may make.
2. I do go to school [full time as of February] so there will be a chunk of time I won't be online. Also, I won't have regular scheduled times that I'll come online, although after 3pm EST is the time I'll most likely be online.
3. The reason for me changing Stardust to a cycling town is to get people the villagers they want. I'll probably end up finish cycling at some point though, so this is just temporary. Of course, though, I'll give a fair heads up before I end up closing it down.
4. This used to say that my dreamies were the only ones not being cycled out. But unfortunately, Velma accidentally moved out while I was time travelling. Now, I plan to restart Stardust, so everyone is being cycled out until I'm ready to restart it.
5. a) Lurkers are welcome here. Just be sure to please tell me who you're lurking for because I'll do a search for the villager's name and would rather not check everyone's signature for dreamies and such.
b) Everyone will get a fair chance. I won't do it on a 'first come first serve' basis, meaning just because you post first lurking for a villager doesn't mean you are guaranteed to get them first. I'll message everyone who said they were lurking for the villager I have and whoever replies first will get them because I want to be able to cycle through villagers as quickly as possible.
6. All villagers are free. Even tier 1 & 2 villagers. If you'd like to tip or something, I will always accept, but they are definitely not necessary at all.
7. No villagers are auto-voided. I know my number 1 dreamy is in tier 5 (last I checked) and is often auto-voided. For this reason, no one is going to be auto-voided, because I don't want to void someone's dreamy, especially if they've been looking for them for a long time.
8. If you'd like me to hold a villager for you when they're moving out, I'll keep them for 24 hours. If you don't get back to me after the 24 hours, if someone else wants them, I'll extend the offer to them next.
9. Please have a spot open for them. I will hold a villager for you if you'd like time to get someone to move out first, but I'll only hold the villager for 24 hours.
10. Running isn't forbidden! If you run, just be careful of my flowers, please.
11. To be fair and to get my villager's moving-out status spread as far and wide as possible on the internet, I'll also be posting updates for cycling on tumblr [url: stardustcycling] as well. Possibly Reddit (/r/adoptmyvillager) from time to time.
12. Originality is not guaranteed.
I believe that's all I needed to cover. If you have any questions, feel free to pm me.
