I just looked a video of the level to see what I could of been doing wrong and found out I was right before the final checkpoint..... Just.... ugh. First plan of action is to beat that level before anything else on Thursday. XD

It is, I love port mackeral too, it's like, made for Rollers, nice and flat.

There's a more vibrant? orangey red & navy, pale green & pale blue, and a couple others which are just different colour combinations from before.
Oh and an actual Purple, like purple purple not the sorta off purple we have. I think they're all only on splat zones.

The Dynamo Rollers have a SUPER wide range, but are slow at rolling and flinging ink to make up for it. But the ink goes super far and is a 1 hit kill when flung. Forgot what the regular's sub and special were, but the gold one has (splat?) bombs as the sub and Inkstrike as the special. You get them from beating the final boss, and can buy the regular at level 15, gold at level 20. (So the gold one is kinda the ultimate weapon since you need to make the max requirements everywhere to get it.)

O: So there's 2 rollers from completing single player. And Gold roller sounds to have pretty damn good subs. Though I doubt I'll unlock them anytime soon.


Also I just found out it tells you how many points you've gotten total with each weapon!
I have 124000p on both rollers. xP And nothing more than 8000 on anything else, and 0 on 12 weapons (of 22 so far).

Omg, I just won a splat zones 84:83 It went into extra time and we just got a second more than them with it. xD
 
I don't like port mackerel- there are too many surfaces that you can't paint (on top of the containers) which makes it feel very flat and boring. The moving bulldozer-things or w.e are pretty neat though
 
These splat zone scores are NOT FRIENDLY. It is going to take forever to reach B- let alone whatever entails after that! Are you expected to do an average of 35 matches just to get from C+ to B-???? Seriously?

Sounds like splat zones is going to be really tough.

I think they could do something with the splat zones to make it more worthwhile if it is going to take so long to level up.

Also, the new map sounds weird. But I'll have to play it to see if it's good.

You can do it faster, but assuming your win:lose rate is 1:1, which most peoples probably will be ~ then it'll take that long! the matches don't often last 3 minutes though so that something. And if you get a win streak you'll climb up in points pretty quick. ~ which I thankfully have so I've jumped from 30 to 94. Mostly because I put down 4 spawn points at all times so the opposing team can't stop our onslaught. :P Literally nothing else has determined the wins though. It's a hot mess.


EDIT: Okay, I made it to B- (through sheer luck!) and I don't expect anyone will ever get A+. On average you lose 2 points a match at B-. I can only imagine you lose points on A just for selecting ranked mode.

Bloody hell. I'm sick of this rated stuff. Everytime my team amtes see someone they run off and dont fill the ranked area >_>
 
it annoys me to no end when teammates follow me, especially rollers. I mean there was a roller following me, wasting his ink behind me for nearly 30 seconds........... Were they a troll???

Most likely, yeah. People do it a lot, and it annoys me so much. I had a player chase after me for a while, didn't leave me alone till I was dead.

Actually I meant when fellow team members follow me. I've surprisingly never had an opposing team roller follow me o;
 
I found someone using the Rapid Blaster Deco in ranked battles.

And they did well. O.O

Yeah, I'm always like, "Just become the squid, save your ink and dive out at a turning!"
Be efficient!
