So I've had the game a month now, but just recently I've been having unfriendly encounters with what appears to be a spider?
Ill just be walking along when I see it on the ground. Naturally, I get my net out, but before I can catch it it's got me! Has this happened to anyone else? Is it an insect I can catch or do I have to get away from it like bees?
I probably just need to get faster at catching it to be honest, but just wondering?
Yesterday I got my first one. I was so lucky. I decided I was going to keep going to main street and back and searching town until I found one. First time I try I see one. I'd tried getting it while it's back was turned but then it kept moving. So I figured even if it's looking at me I'll just creep walk up to it with the net and catch it and it worked.
The tarantula will go after you if you have a net in hand. Or if you get really close to it I believe.
Louu, like the scorpion, the spider here makes a grinding sound when it moves. Once you hear it, walk gently toward it but be aware that they will sting you if you're running or noisy. Good luck! ^o^
